Please be advised that each person sheds at least 100 strands per day on average and that your own hair is going to naturally mix with the extensions and can create the appearance of excessive shedding when it is the natural function of your hair to shed per day.

We're so terribly sorry for the issue you're experiencing! 1 x Mocha Bronde Balayage Remy Tape-In 20" pack was shipped back for a refund and was provided. Glam seamless false advertises and is a bad business and needs to be looked at. I got another email back after sending my photos in, and they realized the hair was frizzy and shedded, and they said I am past warranty which did not make any sense. I messaged glam seamless and they told me to send photos and they have quality control to look at this and take care of it because they offer a 6 month warranty. I think the hair is not worth the price and you are better off with buying hair on ******.
The hair is nice and shiny but it sheds terribly and is so flimsy and thin. I also use a hair mask on the hair weekly. I use glam seamless hair products, and I use Pureology as well which is 100% safe and natural and vegan and sodium chloride free and does not contain bad ingredients. I wash weekly, use a loop brush, I never wash with sulfur and I’m allergic to sulfates anyways so I avoid. But the second time installed, it was extremely thin. But I got a restocking fee that I didn’t get my money back for.
I returned the 3rd pack and got a refund because I never touched or used and all was sealed. I had my hair professionally installed and she told me to just use two packs. I was color matched from Glam seamless and it was a beautiful color. I purchased 3 20” remy tape in extensions in mocha bronde.
